As a friendly and approachable caregiver with four years of experience, I'm passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which inspired me to pursue a career in caregiving. I understand the importance of open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or via text or phone call, according to their preferred method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner, ensuring that children understand and respect the boundaries set for them. I believe in making learning fun and engaging, so I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am CPR and First Aid trained and am comfortable providing supervision for swimming activities.
