About Jade

My name is Jade and I am a caregiver with four years of experience and a deep passion for fostering children's growth and development. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendliness, allows me to form strong connections with children of all ages. In my role, I believe in maintaining open communication with parents, promptly addressing any concerns. I am also committed to enforcing household rules in a consistent manner, as guided by the parents' preferences. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, and educational activities that stimulate learning. While I am comfortable caring for up to three children, I am willing to assist with light housekeeping and supervise swimming activities. I've volunteered at schools and currently a children's hospital in hopes to one day become a pediatric neurologist!
