I hired Jade while I was in town for a work trip. My 4 year old had some separation anxiety when it was time for mom to go to work, but Ms. Jade immediately made him feel comfortable. They had an excellent time together and by day 2 he was talking about how much he enjoyed her. Jade was very communicative and showed real care for my son. I know he can't wait until we are back in Austin and we get to see her again.
