To Whom It May Concern: It is an absolute honor to write this reference letter for Jade C. I have had the privilege and pleasure of knowing Jade for the past three years and we have built not only a great work relationship, but a friendship. I first met Jade when she dined at a Restaurant where I was the manager. We engaged in a conversation and I found her to be a lively, intelligent woman with a quick wit and (fortunately for us) an interest in returning to the restaurant business. Fast forward a few months and Jade became a member of my team. She was a perfect fit from the first day! The customers and her fellow employees were all fortunate to have had Jade there. It was well known by all at the restaurant that Jade was a nanny and absolutely loved her charge, D. Many a day, our conversations included her day with D. and the many activities that they enjoyed together. Jade's enthusiasm for "the little guy" was contagious and she made being a nanny sound like one of her greatest joys! On another note, Jade has become one of my favorite people. How fortunate for me to have a great employee become such a great friend. Her joy for the little things in life, positive attitude and eternal support are irreplaceable and she brings a special light to those of us who are fortunate enough to count her as a friend. She is supportive and encouraging to all. I would also like to add that Jade is a compassionate human being with praiseworthy perseverance and ambition. She sets goals and moves forward to see them through. Jade is an asset in any endeavor and will prove to be an indispensable member to any organization.
