Hello! I'm a 20-year-old rising sophomore at Spelman College, pursuing a degree in Education Studies with a deep passion for childcare and nurturing young minds. Currently, I serve as a substitute paraprofessional for elementary schools through the NYC Department of Education, where I bring hands-on experience and dedication to every classroom I enter. I've been fortunate to build a solid foundation over the past 4 years working continuously with a previous family, gaining invaluable insights into creating safe, supportive, and enriching environments for children of various ages. My studies at Spelman College complement this practical experience, allowing me to blend theoretical knowledge with real-world application. My goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of children, fostering their development and academic growth with empathy and understanding.
