I moved to Maryland four years ago from WA state, I come from a respectful, open-minded and well-rounded, military family. My childcare experience started when I was very young, by 10 years old I had already had experience with babies 0-3. I also have 3 younger siblings that I had been responsible for taking care of and teaching new things. I also have a job at Home Depot, part time. I would be more flexible for weekends and nights. I do not feel Jada is responsible enough at this time to be a babysitter. I came home an hour early to find my whole house smelling like gas due to her leaving the stove on. Meanwhile she was sleeping in my guest room and my newborn in her crib. Even when expressing the severity of the situation she was very nonchalant about it & went back to sleep. Left the next morning and for whatever reason cut on the sterilizer without water, which started going off and woke the baby up again. Terrible.
