Hire Jacqui, immediately! It will be the best decision you make in a long time, perhaps the best decision you make in your entire life! She is amazing! We hired Jacqui as a full-time nanny when my first child was 6 months old. She stayed with us for almost 4 years, until my youngest was 2 years old and things shut down due to COVID. Jacqui is the most caring and kind person you'll ever meet. Plus, she's raised her own incredible family, and has years of personal experience in the trenches as a parent and knows everything that goes into being a parent. But, despite her obvious talent and expertise, she is fully willing to follow the rules and schedule I set, without questioning them or pushing back or making me feel like I didn't know what I was doing (even when I didn't). But, she was also share her insight and advice freely whenever I asked. Her instincts with kids are amazing and my kids love, love, love her so, so much. Even though it's been 3 years since she worked for us, my kids still love her! She will always be a special person to our family! I'm a private person and I thought it would be weird to have someone in our home, but Jacqui blends and goes with the flow. I expected that having a nanny would come with difficulties and was guarded about getting too close, but Jacqui is so warm and so wonderful, over the years she became my best friend. She is truly a gem. And was the hugest blessing to me and my family when my kids were little. She is pure gold!
