About Jacquelyn

I am a mother of two, and have worked in the Early Childhood field for 22 years. I have privately cared for children ranging from the ages of 2 months to 8 years since the age of 13. I have also worked for Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation as a Recreation Services Leader supervising youths ages 4-14 in summer, winter, and after-school camps. Most recently I was an Early Childhood family advocate and program coordinator with a local non profit and won several awards at the state and national level for my work with the program. I am well versed in early childhood milestones and fun play based activities that encourage development across all areas. I love children of all ages and understand the importance of having a stable and caring person to take care of them. I love reading to children and taking them to playgroups, story time, parks, and other age-appropriate community activities. I do housework and meal preparation if that is desirable, but of course the children come first.
