About Jacqueline

Hello! I am a 36-year-old teacher from Pittsburgh, Pa and moved here recently for teaching. I have a master's degree in Elementary education. After getting my teaching certificate, I finished grad school at DePaul University and taught for 8 years in the chicago public school system. More recently, I decided to begin teaching visual art. I live in west orange, New Jersey and I have a car! I would describe myself as fun, enthusiastic, creative, flexible and adventurous! I always enjoy going to new places, trying new things, and spreading general joy by having fun with kids (while learning). I try to be positive and enjoy life as much as possible. Some of my favorite hobbies include: yoga, zumba, jewelrymaking, reading, hiking, french bulldogs, and comedy, I am teaching elementary art this year and I am certified with CPR. Additionally, as you can see from my resume, I have a lot of experience with infants/babies and children of all ages!
