I am currently a stay at home mom with a background in nursing. My daughter currently has school M-W-F from 9-12 and I'm looking to incorporate care giving during this time. I know my availability is not a lot however, I'm hoping that my previous work experience and genuine love of nursing will allow me to help fill in the gaps for a special family. My son was born with a very rare and severe seizure disorder. He passed away in October. However, he had a feeding tube, required multiple medications, incontinent, among other things. I'm fairly versed in caring for special people and what I am not familiar with , I will learn. Home care is different than hospital nursing, having my son allowed me first hand experience.
