Jackie is a dedicated, caring person who goes above and beyond to care for those in her care. She provides excellent mental stimulation, encouragement, and advocates strongly to protect and provide the best care. She also adapts over time to the needs of others and is very communicative with the Family so that we're always kept in the loop. Exceptional. Very thankful for her and appreciative of all she's done. :)
