I can't say enough about how amazing Jacqueline M has been as a CNA for my father. He’s 70, has dementia, and also suffers from Parkinson’s, so his care requires a lot of patience and understanding. From the moment Jacqueline started working with him, it was clear she had a special way of connecting with him. She has this incredible ability to bring joy into his life, even on his tougher days, and her calming presence made a huge difference in his overall well-being. Not only does Jacqueline show compassion and empathy, but she also performs her duties with exceptional skill and professionalism. Whether it's helping with daily tasks, offering emotional support, or simply engaging him in conversation, she does it all with grace. Her positive energy and genuine care are truly remarkable, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the difference she’s made in my father’s life.
