I can't say enough about how amazing Jacqueline M has been as a CNA for my father. He’s 70, has dementia, and also suffers from Parkinson’s, so his care requires a lot of patience and understanding. From the moment Jacqueline started working with him, it was clear she had a special way of connecting with him. She has this incredible ability to bring joy into his life, even on his tougher days, and her calming presence made a huge difference in his overall well-being.
