I do routine general house cleaning which includes dusting, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, baseboards and ceiling fans, changing linen on beds. I do not wash dishes, but if you load your dishwasher I will run a cycle for you. I do not wash or fold clothes or wash windows or clean refrigerator's. These items are extra depending on how big a job it is... I can house management your home when you're away. I will maintain your property for you. If there is an issues that needs addressing like plumbing or changing locks, ect... I can call for repairs to come fix it for you. I can replace light bulbs, watering plants, walk and feed pets while your away if you have animals. With 2 years of house management and cleaning all my life I can guarantee you have made the right choice.
