I'd describe my personality as friendly, outgoing, and kind. I like caring for seniors because I, too, am an active senior. I have worked in a long-term care facility for veterans for 17 years ( not as a nurse), and it was a very rewarding job. I'm looking for a job that is part-time. I would like to be able to assist with light housekeeping, doctor appointments, shopping, and companionship. I started caring for seniors when my father and step mother was ill. Both are long passed now. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my kids and grandkids. Movies, beach, trail walking. One thing you should know about me is that I am kind and thoughtful. I enjoy being helpful. I am hoping to find someone I can connect with and help out with the little things. My skills include driving, cleaning, cooking, and companionship
