I've been a 1st grade teacher and an after-school tutor for 6 years! I have a Masters degree in Reading and Literacy Education, and I'm a certified Reading Specialist. I also teach and tutor in math, science, and social studies at the preK-4th grade level. I offer childcare/baby sitting on evenings/weekends as well. I like tutoring because as a classroom teacher, I KNOW all kids can be successful with the right support. I'm adaptable and have utilized various different teaching methodologies to help struggling students. I'd love to help your child succeed! I started teaching and tutoring in 2019.
