In 2004, I was recruited by a company through my volunteer work in University. I began working in group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Over the years, I gained experience in group homes. In 2014, I moved into private care-giving for children and adults with IDD and/or physical disabilities in their homes. Also, I have 10 years of experience experience providing care-giving for neurotypical adults and elderly adults. I typically work with 2-3 clients part-time to work over a full-time schedule. Care-giving is my life and what I love to do.

Jackie is a wonderful caregiver. She's smart, kind, and very dependable. She has relevant experience with people within the autism spectrum, eating disorders, acute medical conditions, and administering medication. She works diligently to get to know the person that requires her care as well as the family. Our daughter looks forward to Jackie's visits because of the way she engages and does things our daughter enjoys. Jackie has been a real blessing not only to our daughter but also the rest of the family - she might be one of the most caring people I've met. I highly recommend Jackie.
