I have always been a person who enjoyed and found value in assisting others and have based my career upon that sense of duty. I have a bachelor's degree in Human Services and my previous experiences include the following: SSVF case manager (Supportive Services for Veterans and their families) assessing, planning, and housing homeless and/or at risk of homelessness Veterans (2 years) Medicaid Service Coordinator: Assisted those with developmental disabilities in gaining access to services and supports appropriate for their specific needs (6 years) Residential Specialist: responsible for bathing, planning activities, and performing everyday living skills for intellectually and physically disabled consumers. (8 years) CNA: Assisted the geriatric population that would best allow the most independence yet provides the health and safety of those in that age group may require.
