Jac worked for us for the better part of 2014. She helped me look after our 3/4 year old and infant twins. We had interviewed quite a few people when we met Jac but we loved her immediately and offered her the job within minutes of her leaving our home! She fitted in perfectly into our family and even became a friend to me. She did a fantastic job watching the kids and could easily adjust to the demands of infants and then a 3 year old and the different things they both needed. Looking after twins is exhausting and requires a lot of patience and for such a young person, Jac was impressive. She is mature & responsible beyond her years & works very hard; she never brought her personal life to work which is normally the case of babysitters her age. She even took care of all 3 kids on her own for 24 hours so we could take a night away! She embraced the challenge with an ease and confidence way beyond her years. Jac was always in a great mood and arrived to work on time with a smile on her face. I really could not have asked for more! The only reason we don't have Jac with us anymore is I needed someone full time as I took on more work. She is so missed and would be an asset to any family with kids of any ages.
