About Jaclyn

I'm a teacher, certified to teach grades k-8, with over 12 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I've worked with students in Chicago, on multiple different curriculums, as well as in Thailand and Albania, on the Australian and British curriculums, respectively. I have my ESL endorsement and have worked with many students who are learning English as their second language. I've also worked with students who have developmental disabilities, including autism, down syndrome, ADHD, depression and dyslexia, and physical disabilities, including the use of wheelchairs and leg braces. My passion is helping children who learn differently, or children who have been told they "aren't on grade level". I have many different curriculums to choose from and after a few assessments will find the differentiated style that will work for your child.
