Jacklyn and I spoke on the phone for a phone interview to see if she and our family would be a good match. She was enthusiastic, professional, and courteous. She clearly has a sound knowledge of childcare and helping a household run. There were too many specific factors that our family requires that did not make us the best match for her, but some family would likely be very happy with her as their caretaker.
