Jackie was great before I even met her in person. She was helpful with getting my care needs situated for my grandma and had and still has great advice. She is consistent and is proactive with her caregiving. She engages with my grandma and is always looking out for my grandmas best interest. She has a solid background in caregiving which makes her well rounded for different situations. I'd recommend her to anyone.
