I have lots of experience with kids of all ages and various needs. I have been watching children for years. I am currently looking for full time or part time work because I just finished helping a family with their 4-year-old son for almost a year. I love becoming a part of the family and really taking on that motherly role but also giving structure where it is needed. I have takin multiple classes on child development and continuing to educate myself on the well being of what is best for children. I believe overall children thrive in a loving environment where they are aloud to make mistakes and given direction on how to learn from those mistakes moving forward. Lastly I would like to add that I am always the most fun and take my job very seriously and always put the safely of the children I watch above all. Jackalynn is amazing with my pup and kiddos. I really got lucky finding her. She's been extremely flexible with working us in her schedule when we need her help now and then. I hope to have her for a really long time because it's hard building trust and leaving your kids with someone new. I didn't have any issues with Jackalynn. She and I clicked from day one with our first conversation. I knew in that moment she was right for my family!
