About Jacey

I'd describe my personality as curious, warm, and loyal I like tutoring because I have a passion for learning and want to aid students in their pursuit of knowledge! I want to help students develop their own love of learning and get the personalized assistance they need to be successful! I started tutoring kids in my classes while I was in K-12 as well as my twin brother with higher needs autism when he was stuck with an Algebra teacher that most could not learn from. I taught him all of Algebra 2 and worked with him on each assignment, adjusting my approach as necessary to help him understand and work out the problems himself. In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, bake, draw portraits of people, and spend time outdoors. My skills include flexibility, patience, and persistent encouragement!
