I started off as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I have taken care of people with dementia, Alzheimer, Parkinson disease, also people with physical disability , etc. I've been a caregiver for the elderly's for over 5 years and 1 year experience working with children . I am now Licensed Practical Nurse and currently work with all ages from 18 years old and above in a Psychiatric Hospital. In the Psychiatric Hospital I am currently working in a Psychiatric Center , My duty entails paying full attention to all clients , recognizing signs of stress and triggers that may cause and prevent disruptive behavioral. I am very hands on , I am very patient with my clients and I am a team player. Monitoring clients for suicidal ideations, de escalation, redirection and educating my client's on independence after discharge, assisting the team in identifying possible changes in client's conditions and prompt reporting any changes. If you need someone to do simple exercises and or daily walks .
