About Izmay

With over eight years of experience in childcare, I am passionate about creating safe and nurturing environments for children. My journey began with babysitting as a teenager, where I discovered my love and passion for working with kids. I expanded my skills working at a Girl Scout camp, leading activities and fostering teamwork among campers. I also spent a year as an Au Pair in Italy, for 3 children aged 7, 3, and one immersing myself in a new culture while providing care for a wonderful family. I have also worked as a nanny for a family with five children under six, where I honed my multitasking and organizational skills in a busy household. More recently, I provided dedicated care for an infant girl, focusing on her developmental milestones and ensuring a secure and loving environment. I'm committed to supporting children's growth through engaging activities, clear communication, and a warm, caring approach. I look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to your family!
