My passion for fostering children's growth and development is what drew me to this field. I consider myself a patient, calm, and creative individual, making me well-suited to handle the demands of childcare. I firmly believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that they are always informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in a consistent and gentle approach. I find that children respond best to clear expectations and positive reinforcement. As for activities, I love engaging children in outdoor sports and physical games to promote their overall well-being. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time, and my experience ranges from infants to young children aged 1 to 3.
