About Ivy

I've been taking care of kids since I was a kid myself, and I like to think I'm a natural. In middle school, I decided to take it to the next level and start a small summer camp out of my backyard. I loved coming up with activities like craft projects, dress up, photo shoots, dancing, hide and seek, and anything involving an empty cardboard box. Kids are overflowing with natural creativity and excitement and I love finding ways to help them use their imagination to explore the world around them. My passion in life is science and the natural world, and I'm a big proponent of getting kids outside and off the screen. Keeping things interesting and creative is my strong suit, but I always take my cues from the child. Tired and grumpy? Let's cozy up with some popcorn and a movie. Energetic?
