My daughter just loves Ivana. She is funny, silly, and excellent at giving her cool hairstyles (which I am not). These are all important qualities to my daughter. Ivana is also punctual, detailed, listens to and incorporates my "suggestions", and disciplines my daughter when needed in an appropriate manner that we have agreed upon. These are all qualities important to me. My family is very happy with Ivana and look forward to continuing to work with her.
