Isela was prompt, engaging, and cared for our son well. However, after just three days, she informed us at the end of her shift that she had accepted another opportunity and would be leaving. While she worked through her final day, her sudden departure left us scrambling for a replacement. We had communicated with her for five days before hiring, and she never indicated she was seeking other opportunities or unsure about the role. We trusted this arrangement and didn’t expect the abrupt change.
