About Isatu

My name is Isatu B, and I am a junior at the University of the District of Columbia, studying Social Work. I am deeply committed to helping others, particularly vulnerable populations, and aspire to use my education and experiences to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Over the years, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in disability services, caregiving, and housekeeping. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the importance of dignity, compassion, and strong interpersonal connections. As I continue my academic journey, I am focused on developing the skills necessary to be an advocate for those in need and to foster positive, supportive environments.
