Hi! My name is Isabel and I am currently a senior at the University of Tampa! I have several years of experience watching children between the ages of 6 months old to middle school. I grew up taking care of my nieces (currently 5, 3, and 6 months old), along with caring for other families. I worked at a private beach club for three years, babysitting and watching several of the families children around my schedule. During high-school, I was a peer mentor for students at a local elementary school. I love being creative, providing arts and crafts, and getting outside with the children I care for.

We wanted to hire Isabel for our 3 month old for when I went back to work, she seemed sweet and flexible to work with. We discussed having her come after the holidays and begin seeing how to care for our infant. I tried to reach out for a few days, then finally after 3 days waiting for a response she then tells me that she’s been dealing with a family emergency and she wasn’t sure when she’d be back in town. Personally, I felt like there wasn’t good communication. Now we have to start the search again in such short notice, and we only found out after having to reach out to her. I’m sure she’s great, but unfortunately the communication was something that we needed more of since we would expect that throughout the day if she were to have cared for our child.
