About Isabel

I have over three years of experience working with youth as a Senior Recreational Leader with the City of Watsonville. During this time, I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading recreational activities for children and young adults, fostering both personal growth and teamwork. I collaborated closely with a diverse group of youth, helping them build social skills, enhance leadership abilities, and engage in positive community activities. My role involved mentoring junior staff, managing safety protocols, and ensuring that programs ran smoothly and effectively. I have also always been around a daycare since my mom has owned her own daycare for over 20 years now, I've always helped in the summers and have surrounded myself with kids for most of my lifetime. Being around different age groups has been a very cool experience that i've gotten used too due to all the years of being around kids.
