My whole life I've always been surrounded by those with special needs. My little sister was born at 23 weeks, and she spent 17 years with us. Her impact on my life is like no other. It's a truly beautiful thing to love somebody who can't give you the same love back. But the love they give, although different, is more beautiful than any other. My cousin and niece are both have ASD, and I recently just nannied a little boy with ASD. I've always wanted to work with special needs children and people my whole entire life, which is why I am pursuing a career in Respiratory Therapy. I'd love to care for more beautiful people.
