As a college student at Washington State University and Certified Nursing Assistant with two years of childcare experience, I bring a unique blend of skills and passion to caring for children. My journey into caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and provide a nurturing environment. My calm and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and ensure regular updates about their child's day, using their preferred method of contact, whether it's written daily reports or phone calls. I am confident in enforcing household rules while maintaining a patient and understanding approach. Engaging children in a variety of activities is key, and I particularly enjoy outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. I am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens.
