I am currently in college studying special ed, I worked in a elementary school for about 5 years and have worked as an aid with a child with down syndrome, and another child with autism for about to years. I also nannied for 2 years for a tween who had autism before I got a job in an elementary school. I myself have ADHD and dyslexia so I believe I know how to handle kids with that because of personal experience and I can connect with them.
