About Isabelle

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, driven, and thoughtful. I like working with kids because their joy is infectious. I'm looking for a job that can provide 35 to 40 hours of work weekly, specifically for a family that enjoys spending time outdoors, is creative, and is looking to build connections. I started working with kids professionally (i. e., babysitting) when I was 12-years-old. However, being the oldest of five kids, I was exposed to children and child care at a much younger age. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and friends, bake for my neighbors, hike or swim, ride bikes with my 8-year-old brother, read, and listen to podcasts. One of my strengths is communication. I strive to resolve conflict quickly and efficiently, to make all voices heard, and to achieve compromises. My skills include 1) Compassion, 2) Creativity (i. e., Facilitating play, planning activities and outings, etc.) and 3) Clear communication.
