About Isabelle

After taking the job and meeting my mother with Dementia, Isabelle agreed on a set start date and time. She was in communication with me the night prior to her start to confirm the next day and go over a few things. My husband and I went to work the next day anticipating Isabelle coming to our house (my mother lives in an in-law suite connected to our home). Thankfully, my husband needed to return to pick something up hours later and immediately messaged me that Isabelle was not there. She did not respond to repeated attempts at communication and we have not heard from her to this day. Had my husband not gone home that day, my mother would have been left alone and extremely vulnerable.
