I love childcare because it helps prepare me for motherhood in the future and it's also fun, enjoyable, honest work. I've been working in childcare for the past 7 years. Childcare/Parenting is one of the most important jobs. Children need lots of care and attention, as well as freedom and guidance for independence. I especially think children should spend more time outdoors, playing, exploring, and learning than screen-time. I value parents' directions and wishes, as well as honest communication with parents. I have my own car and I plan on getting CPR and First-Aid training soon.

Isabelle was very kind and flexible with our 16-month-old daughter's needs, which was a relief since we did not have her on the typical nap schedule that traditional daycares require!
