I've been a childcare provider for over seven years. My passion for nurturing children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, inspired me to pursue a career in caregiving. I believe in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe and encouraged to learn and grow. I'm known for my patience and calmness under pressure, as well as my creativity and imagination in making learning fun. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and using their preferred method of communication. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in fostering a positive and respectful relationship with the children in my care. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational activities that enhance their learning.
