As an experienced childcare provider with over five years of experience, I am passionate about fostering a safe and fun-loving environment where children from toddlers to pre-teens can always be themselves. My previous babysitting roles allowed me to develop a strong understanding of children's needs by truly learning how to communicate with children as individuals to learn what they specifically need to thrive. I am known for my patience and kindness as well as creativity and energy. I am perfectly comfortable with playing with kids outdoors in the playground or indoors with games and crafts. I value treating and speaking to children as human beings and not as someone beneath you- they are smart and ever evolving. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am committed to following the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and ensuring a consistent routine for the children in my care.
