Isabella had backup transportation that helped her arrive on time. She clearly understood my limited instructions and preferences for the kids the first time through. She asked about any safety concerns and allergies (food/seasonal) that might affect the kids. She took care of inside and outside activities for the kids. She took care of diapers, naps and meals easily. The house was as clean as she found it and even washed the dishes from the kids' lunch. She willingly and without hesitation continued the job when my daughter's doctor appointment took longer than planned or expected. I believe the service and job was done above expectation. I hope to be able to work with her in the future.
