I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a deep passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With three years of experience currently working at the ANTHC Development center with infants and toddlers. I've had the privilege of supporting families and providing a safe and nurturing environment for their little ones. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendly demeanor, allows me to connect with children on a meaningful level. Effective communication is key, so I ensure regular updates to parents about their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. I firmly believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, as I see my role as supporting their parenting style.
