I enjoy responding to 90% of the children's why's and questions, the other 10% encourage them to answer themselves. I'm knowledgeable about children's developmental milestones, fostering children's agency and helping/supporting them with skills development. I'm a strong believer on children's independence and having the patience of allowing them to try and do the tasks themselves while providing verbal support and only interfering when I see they are struggling, encouraging them to test their limits (within their comfortable zone and with safety). Learning through play, interacting with nature and promoting diversity are things I practice to maximize children's potential and development while we all have fun. Ps: I'm only available on weekdays at night and weekends the whole day
