I love curating fun learning experiences with children and young adults. I am a former teacher who left teaching because it is rather inflexible, something that I find critical to my work environment. I discovered my love for teaching and kids when I graduated college in 2017 and became full time teacher! I enjoy the curiosity and energy kids bring to the table! No longer is a book just a book! It's a portal into another dimension alltogether, with a child's imagination! My skills include having patience and teaching gently. I beleive that If you expect to see a skill- you must teach it. That includes talking about feelings, requests, and wanting attention I'd describe myself as question-first. There is always a reason to a behavior so I'd like to respond with curiosity Rather than reprimand. In my spare time, I dance Brazilian zouk, I spend time with my new husband, and I use social media to learn new skills! I love crafting and have a mural painting business!
