Quinn worked as a nanny and household helper for us for about four months when we needed additional support due to a family medical issue. We felt extremely lucky to find someone who worked so well with our family and our positive parenting style (especially on short notice). Quinn was flexible and very willing to help with whatever tasks we needed help with that day (child care, food prep, dishes, errands, etc.). They were patient and understanding with our young children and listened well to what they needed. Quinn is creative and planned craft projects that our children loved.
