I am in a hurry to hire a nanny as my previously hired nanny bailed last minute. I scheduled an interview with her and she completely ghosted me. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. When you charge $25-$30/hour, there are some basic expectations. Respect and dependability are a couple. Very disappointed. I would give her zero stars but that's not an option.
