About Isaac

Hi! I'm Isaac. I'm a recent graduate of Middlebury College and former camp counselor at Camp Tawonga about to start a teacher licensing program. I have had experiences dealing with many different types of difficulties, including 19-hour work days with 12 kids on my watch. I love board games-especially chess:) I like working with kids because if we are to have any hope for the future, we must be nurturing to our kids. More than anything else in my life, helping kids grow gives me a sense of purpose. I started working with kids when I was 19. Summer of 2021. I have since been back at the camp for two summers and have worked informal childcare gigs in the intermittent periods. In my spare time, I like to play chess, go for walks, watch premier league games, read, and watch TV. One thing you should know about me is that I have a british accent. It's real, I promise. My skills include active listening and looping, limit setting, encouraging.
