My journey into caregiving was inspired by my positive experiences from babysitting for church members and childcare. I find great joy in supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option that allows parents peace of mind. I have a patient and calm demeanor, which helps create a peaceful environment for children. My friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and build trusting relationships. I believe in open communication and make sure to keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication method, whether that is telling you at pickup or regular updates through text. While I don't mind enforcing strict rules, I like to see things from both the parent and the child's perspective and communicate accordingly.
