I am a certified Yoga Teacher with 16 years of teaching experience. In 2022 I graduated as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor from a Institute. I offer private, slow paced yoga session which are tailored to the clients specific needs so he or she can relax, release pain, and rejuvenate in their own pace. I also offer Ayurvedic Health counsel. Both modalities compliment each other and work hand in hand to create a holistic healing protocol for the client. Yoga and Ayurveda are great preventative and balancing tools for health and also supportive of Allopathic treatments. I specialize in stress relief, sleep problems, digestive issues like constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, IBS, acid reflux, heart burn. Ayurvedic session are held online, for private yoga classes I come to your home or online. Feel free and relaxed!
