About Irlanda

Hi I'm Irlanda and I'm the oldest of 4 siblings. From a very young age I learned to care for my younger siblings and helping my parents around the house. I also teach sabbath school class at church every week and enjoy watching my nieces and nephew! My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to connect easily with children of all ages. I believe in open communication with parents and consistently follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I take my cues from the parents, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. My passion for child development shines through in the diverse games and activities I enjoy playing with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, and educational games that stimulate their young minds.
